Contact Day
The oblivious vastness of space
has the earth at its core existence
Where monarchs are the human race
so dubbed by its inhabitants
Whose history is marred with those
who act before they think or feel
A universal threat exposed
even their own are not concealed
Lifestyles of supposed inferiors
portray instincts to stay alive
Examples to their “superiors”
who kill for fun, not to survive
Infinite space would be a waste
if they alone were blessed with life
When we aliens give them a taste
will they unite throughout the strife?
Contact day is upon us now
Evolution speaks of royalty claimed
Extinction eluders will make them bow
It mentions not loyalty gained
We’ll dismantle their exterior
While inferior allies, our decoyed spies
attack from the interior
and rid galaxies of their ego size
