Constraining Love
Christ’s constraining love* sublime
Frees my heart from guilt’s fetters
Enclosing me with His grace
To enjoy His peace.
Around my Lord’s divine care
My soul seeks great revival
Toward fiery service-bliss
Against sin’s venom.
*Ephesians 2:4 But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us.
