Consistency

You were my caffeine and sugar crashes,
flew me so high only to watch me fall.
Knew my trepidation when flown so high
true energy ran smack into your wall.

Consistency is the best kind of buzz
Honestly? I’m a fool for dopamine.
Coffee flashes and romantic rations.
Me? I need you all day and in-between.
