Your Diploma is your first big step.
Knowledge is your key!
Achieving what you want in life,
and being, what you want to be!
Learning never ceases, *Poke,
though Graduation's done.
Your whole life's an education,
that has only just begun!
I couldn't be more proud of you,
I wish success, I hope you know.
Rest assured, my love goes with you,
wherever you may go!
So, step into the future Poke,
you have the qualities, you need.
With honesty and integrity,
I've no doubt that you'll succeed!
Remember the love, from Mom and Dad,
your friends and your Teachers, too!
All of these people, plus Gramma and me,
are the ones who made you, you!
Note: *Poke - My nickname for my Granddaughter,
Courtney, since she was 18 months old.
