Confrontations
Confrontations
Confrontational season
but I’m not chasin’ broken dreams
I’m chasin’ dreams so real
They’ll make you forget
how you really feel
Erase all crazy emotions
and take away bad memories
You can’t treat her like a princess
when she’s really a queen…
Pay attention to the details
that are designed in the quilt
They’re very rare and delicate
you’ll feel like time is standing still
so still and quiet like your thinking spot
make your brain go into overtime
as you connect dot to dot…
Cause she’s simple but complex
Your demeanor she’ll refresh
A new outlook on life
Float outside of the box
Instead of stayin’ inside…
Say what you mean
and mean what you say
Cause if it doesn’t spell truth
It’s a promise she’ll stray
Communication isn’t complicated
And obligations to confrontations
are seriously instigated
Written on a more serious note
are the melodies that stream through
And the problems that kill most are
these confrontations confronting you.
