Conflict

Humans fight, and fight, for what? For selfishness. Humans fight for land, for oil, for something they want. It’s our nature, desire. We want everything, and when we do have everything, we still want more. If we could just take a step back, and talk it out, we don’t necessarily need to back conflict. There’s always a solution. Of course, if there weren’t these kinds of conflicts, the world would be a whole lot different, it might’ve been for the better, but it might’ve been bad, who knows.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Have a blessed New Year.

I know that. It is a lack of full compassion that drives some people while others sit back and watch...your poem is a real powerful wake-up call. Thanks!
