Confession
Confession
Is not it hard enough
To contemplate in silence
The other way round of truth!
Will you, simply, admit?
If I implore you
That you waited on me
Like a paramour does for her lover
This must hurt your mediocre sentiment
If your answer is yes
And you will be cheating yourself
If you dare to say no
My daily routine
Like a scar of an old wound
Persists in your retention
A little before I enter into my room
You never fail to screening
Your windows
To negate the outside light
And hiding behind the veil
The piercing
Shame of admittance
And ever growing shadow of your grief
You drive away the doting look
One dares to cast,
As you cannot stand
The amorous gaze
On your chaste conscience
Is not it true?
