Concrete Jungle; a Game Preserve

Concrete jungle; a game preserve ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Muffled echoes drift unheard Sentient shadows shift not seen Vivid colors in perfusion splayed Across the white castle walls Nutritional content is zero Please step up to the drive through The other windows are closed So who do you blame For a culture's erosion Just ask the victims of yesterday And tomorrow The answer goes like this "I blame society and the man Who made me as a bastard" Yet in an embraced ignorant state The cycle of pain and destruction Goes on and on Sound and light in unison Its over, payday twenty two dollars That lady had three young kids And they were fatherless too! Oh well, it seems remorse is absent In your oh so limited vocabulary It's much easier to pull a trigger Than to punch a time clock The garbage ridden streets Of a bloody naked city Abandoned by reason Swell and erupt every minute with rage The twilight of night is pierced By scream's of predator's and prey Turmoil and malicious strife Becomes heart breaking reality On a polluted mudball called earth Insanity reaches a boiling point And hell is burstg at its seams.                      ??

Very impressive write that you have penned about how parts of America can be today. What are the answers and what can each of us as individuals do to solve the problem. Keep the creative pen flowing. Welcome to soup. Sara
