Complicated Moons

they hid lies behind complicated moons,
'til constellations turned to dust
& the sun vehemently objected,
interceding on truth's behalf
the earth did not split apart,
merely splintered every
 tiny fragment of trust

Yes, the sun hears everything both light and dark, and the universe is very much responsive to our souls--the truths and lies we harbor therein.
