Company

I can't take it,
why must my brain
     feel such pain,
I prefer
     to describe
        the way things
flow creatively together,
   instead I'm oozing
      with desolation.

With my
place of solitude gone
I've roamed
     my barren lands
looking for
     some signs of life
only to find
           Misery
who is now
     the only thing
                  left here
     besides me,
for there is no sign of
          Sorrow,
and Rage is such
  a part of me
          that we are
               one and the same.

So to these sickly lands
            I lay claim,
for they are
   the only thing
I have always kept hold to.
And as I knight Misery
        as my sole protector,
he will stay with me
     for we love company,
besides what is there
       without Misery and destruction.
