Comic Book Tripper

Dazzled by Superman,
Batman
           and the Human Torch
She walked the streets
    of the city
and was left behind
      by time
She saw the gray urban environment
      and believed that
superheroes should spring
    up
  from behind every door
No Archie here
       just a bleak
landscape
      until riotous colors
explode - leaving behind a fistfull of memories
