Comes Now the Hush

Comes now the hush of white flowers as borealis crawls into the night, my spirit enfolding light of incandescent earthly bowers... clayed marbles tint the hours dazzling me with budding sprite, comes now the hush And to feel sand and air in a weave the unwrapping of moon is bright, my breath and fire swoon to recite... "dear inner god, grant me reprieve," comes now the hush

Amazing write, Nette. Thanks - loved your contest. I wrote about the Indians' Ghost Dance, but some people thought it was about ghosts dancing - an idea I hadn't even thought of, but I like it!!

Wow, Nette, this is quite an amazing write if I do say so myself! I rather enjoyed your poem, it's one of your greats! You have awesome descriptions that refer us to wonderful images and visions from those images! You always have such descriptive writes Nette, and I love them a lot! I especially like the line, "as borealis crawls into the night" that line sure does say a lot for the poem and the incandescent part of the write! I love this poem a lot! Great Work!!
