Colours Came To Me

All the colours came to me
All the dreams there to see
All the rainbows tied in bows
In the heart true love flows

As I lie and gaze your eyes
I realise where my future lies
On loves path it's clear to me
Where I am and want to be

In your heart I've found a haven
From your words love is taken
Caresses sweet and kisses pure
Opened arms these gifts endure

Soft blue eyes the palest lips
A beating heart of love it sips
A pillow soft upon the bed
Besotted eyes we lay our head

And in the night walk our dreams
By flower beds and flowing sreams
Hand in hand in life to walk
With melting hearts as lovers talk

A breathtaking account of your love, Daniel. She is a great source of inspiration for you and love always does provide us with the feeling that we have a safe "haven." Without it, some feel completely lost. A favorite poem for me! Love, carolyn
