Colors of Autumn

colors of autumn
shine a glorious truth
exciting me in a plethora of ways
saturating me with joyful feelings
enthusiasm kicked up by cheerful leaves
wind chimes announcing arrival of elves
walnuts and acorns bouncing off squirrels
leaf piles enticing my artist heart to paint

Thank you Silent One. I was inspired by my yard with three identical burning bushes.
