Colorful Land
I walked in the mid of a road side land,
but the plain land, wore a multi hued dress;
When I inquired about her attire grand,
umpteen stories of her life, she confessed.
Monotonous plain costume, she hated;
Any flamboyant clothing, she yearned for;
Lamenting all the summer, she waited,
just to perceive what was there in her store.
Suddenly the hot weather amended;
green leaves transformed into engrossing hues;
strong wind blown, the branches of trees bended,
scattered vivid leaves of trees and her blues.
Thus the plain boring ground embelished with
leaves brown and red and it's not a myth
