Cold Black Skies

broken moons and shattered stars
dark cold days no more sunshine rays
days and nights pass by so fast staring threw my looking glass
cold dark nights leak acid rain theres no more sun just all this pain
loneliness is all i have gained
the days are hot but there is no sun feeling like the darkness has won
black dark eyes without a care a dark cold heart with so much dispare
frozen lakes rivers too the ski is no longer blue
the sun don't shine the birds wont sing
a fallen angel with a broken wing
make the sun shine so bright
bring back the stars that make the night
sing me a song with so much love
open my heart to the light above
fly for me and be my star
please look after me where ever you are
be my sun that lights my path
be my moon that lights the night ski
be the wind that passes me by
so please no more broken moons and shattered stars
no more feelings of emptiness inside
its only the wind passing me by.
