Aloha, Karen! Hmm, that soundly hits home! They chop the non-pointed end of green coconuts--their inner flesh is still loose, making it easier to peel off--then individually pour into the waiting opened coconuts filled with coconut juice, adding in the pineapple-y colada while still stirring, then serve the kids while adults add in the rum, and voila, welcome to my front and backyards. My compliments on your winning placement in Robert's contest, my friend! Aloha, William
