Jan, You captured the essence of a spider web perfectly. I always catch the spiders in my house and put them in my garden and they thank me with spidery masterpieces just like the one you described.

Reminds me years ago when I was out on delivery on a cold winters day and would walk through the web and could feel it on my face lol. Good luck. Tom.

So beautifully done, Jan. I can relate as I have a spider who builds an enormous web between the porch and the garage every October. I let no one touch it. When it has raindrops on it, it sparkles like the prettiest diamond in the world. Love this one!
