Clyde's Distress

Clyde Clark
In park

Was boozy
Real doozy

Did pee
On tree

Broke law
Cop saw

Tied hands
With bands

To jail
Sans bail

Called spouse
"You souse"

Said she
To he

"Stay there
Don't care"

(Later before the judge)
"Where ere you be let your water flow free", was Clyde's creative defense.
Ha! Ha! grinned the judge! "Thirty days in the slammer for this offense!"

I might have left him in jail too, Bob! Got a great laugh from "Clyde's creative defense." Enjoyed your footles, my friend. Hugs, Carolyn

Hello Bob … what option did Clyde have. How many dogs get arrested for peeing on trees - thanks again Bob - Lindsay

Thanks Milton. During my time with the Air Force in Bermuda. We had in our squadron a "professional" sot. He was caught relieving himself in St Georges & the constables nabbed him. He told them "wherever you may be let your water flow free" I'll never forget that!
