Clowns Don'T Frown Nursery Rhyme

Elmer Q. Round was a man who clowned
wore pointed red hat, bounced when he walked.
He seldom frowned because he had found
smiles kept teeth in his mouth when he talked.

Elmer could run but he liked to bound
over the hills and through the big trees.
He could swing all his words clear around
make them funny for he liked to tease.

Did you know he said you might turn blue
if you catch a frown instead of smiles?
It sounds crazy, but in case it's true
just throw those old frowns into big piles!

Great advice Ann :)'s are always more powerful than :('s. I think I have heard it said a smile is a frown turned upside down. This is just delightful! Blessings and best wishes for the contest! Happy Easter.
