Clouds
Marshmallow puffs in gingerbread dreams;
mobile skiffs sail cerulean streams.
And tethered to invisible ropes,
ferry wishes across madcap hopes.
As turquoise flows into aqua seas,
chameleon vapors morph with ease.
And mythical monsters roam once more,
lurking in shadows along the shore.
Prodigious plumes span a massive rift,
as misty mountains begin to drift.
And dark, purple-painted thunderclouds,
forge anvils wrapped in smoky-grey shrouds.
As Sol starts to usher out the day,
trillions of ice crystals gild His way.
And cotton candy pink tints the sky
where a scarlet sun has gone to die.
