Cloudless Dawn
prism
Light so clear
my eyes must close part way.
I heard, “Let there be light.” and I saw.
My eyes fill with sweet tears, as joy fell this morning;
after a shadowy night of charades, understanding flashed.
There are times when we must apologize for those things that we have NOT done.
