Closure For the Blind

The cheerful known follows like a child in need.
Questions go unanswered; never do they rise.
The heart neglected, while the ego celebrates.
The mind in battle, with no explanation in exchange.
Darkened by lyrics, the colors lose themselves under the moon.
The core shines light, but blindness is found.
Its crazed brother, praised for its teachings-
A call for sanity, yet aren't we afraid?
A choice made by habit, finally replaced by faith.
The moon finds its exit;
The sun; its stage.
