why do i feel you so close
yet you are not there
why do you not answer
as if you didnt care
yet my heart tells me you do
you took away the pain they planted there
it lifted, for one moment i was free
flying free, i was floating, didnt care
I was me, our souls were so entwined
the me that was born, before i was burdened with so much pain
cant i feel forever this way
why do you have to go away
you linger in my thoughts, but in the cold light of day you are not there
there is only the reality that really you do not care
the less i think the more you are there
but really you are far far away
my soul despairs
i cant understand how you cannot love me
when my soul tells me that you do
when i am always and forever so close to you
