Hello Brian, Congrats, I really enjoyed this. It’s funny how a few lighthearted lines can get you thinking about the nature of time and art. Vermeer had that rare gift of looking at the everyday, just the local girls passing through his neighborhood and painting them into eternity. We don't always have to chase grand, sweeping subjects to create something lasting. All it takes is paying close attention to the ordinary life right in front of us, and catching the right light.
