Poetry form: Clerihew
Sometimes described as the literate cousin of the Limerick, the Clerihew is composed of two rhyming couplets designed to lower the tone and cut everyone down to size, while still giving credit where credit is due. My clerihew poems are perfectly cooked in their own juices, resulting in Clerihew Aus Jus! Bon appétit!
I have time for a few questions:
Q- Clara, what took you and the Doctor so long to tie the knot?
Clara Who - We couldn’t decide on a date.
Q- What’s your favorite pastime?
Clara Who - Time travel
Q- When do you and the Doctor find the time to time travel?
Clara Who - It’s irrelevant.
Q- One last question. Why did you choose last year's month of June to return from your September honeymoon?
Clara Who - Hey look, the Doctor does the driving. I'm just along for the ride!
Ok. I’m done now.
