You're reeling
Feeling overwhelmed and adrift
So many emotions to process
From memories that just won't quit
You don't know up from down
You don't know if you can trust yourself
You feel like you can't trust anyone
Because they all left you to hang in hell
Hold on and remember
Please, please, try to remember
That you deserve good too
You deserve love too; so
Clap
Clap for yourself
Dance
Dance it all out

Smile
Your future is worth the hell

Sing
Sing it out for fun
Speak
Speak and be heard
Love
Love yourself first
Let down by loved ones
Let down by friends
You look around and see

You sit in hell's kitchen
Don't know what to order
