Civility

Civility Somewhere, along the long road, we picked it up. It was light at first, simple and unadorned. Until we added on and changed the rules. It grew heavier, as our numbers grew, among the mountains and valleys of survival. Somewhere we dropped it. It’s somewhere now, not up ahead, but back along the road on which we traveled. Somewhere, somehow, we need to find it.
