City Lights At Night

City lights at night illuminating the metropolis A thousand, thousand city dwellers Greet the evening with electricity Overhead clouds form lovely patterns Autos whizz by While the young walk city streets In search of excitement and love The night has a long way to go A frail man gazes from his window He sees the city lights He dreams in his small room Eyes - hundreds of eyes Tire and begin to close The city holds answers if you search hard enough They can be found The asphalt homeland awaits morning As throngs leave the city leaving behind ashes and pity
