Cities of Refuge

Indeed. Times have been tough throughout history.. Now in places like the Sudan and Sri Lanka we are seeing the very same thing...Very Saddening. Wonderful tribute to refugees.... God Bless...Taz

That is correct that there was the City of Refuge and the family of the person that was violated could not go in and hurt this person but if they came out for any reason the family could take revenge. Keep the creative pen flowing. Sara
