Every year we question whether we want to put the Christmas tree up It's a lot of work for a short time but the joy we feel at the memories that the ornaments bring back is definitely worth the trouble!

I didn't put mine up this year. Hubbie is disabled and it's just not so easy . No one comes to our house anyway. I think I am turning into Scrooge! Good one, Kathleen

Thank you, Andrea! We did debate on it, but it has been cheery. I totally understand your decision, though!

I could not agree more whole-heartedly. Some ornaments take on a life of their own each December when they say hello to us again. Congratulations, Kathleen, Merry Christmas.

Simple but brilliant. Perfect use of words for the occasion. But the joy we feel at the memories says so much and applies to effort in other areas. Great work. From this 70 year old who loves Christmas. David in NZ
