Christmas Rocked When I Was Six

Hoping to See Santa covered in soot
eating his cookies, I dashed barefoot
to the living room and discovered—not
him, but he surely left me a lot:
Barbie doll, diary, candy, nuts, fruit,
books, jump rope, bracelet, and toy flute!

Reminds me of my granddaughter's utter delight when she opened an invitation to attend Harry Potter's school! Gwyneth Paltrow's candle will never match that! Aloha!

I've heard about her candle! She should be ashamed. Thanks so much, Rico. Janice
