A night before Christmas and I’m not asleep Finished gift wrapping and watching TV Or really I should say TV is watching me The family shows inspire I reminisce in peace Christmas music so melodic and happy Reminds me of love and laughs you see Conjures up times in mind festive eve I’ll do what I can to make new memory So I’ll bake pies cakes good food to eat Some deserts to crave for taste so sweet In the den the fire will warm your feet Have every desire satisfied a treat
