Hi Brian, Although I'm not a chef or a gourmet connoisseur, I do love salmon and Christmas. So, I enjoyed this Epulaeryu... both of my favorites appear in this poem. And it made me want some salmon! Smiles. Dane Ann (Soup Mail)

I, myself have been induldging in my favourite feast of chocolate fudge with walnuts, originally inteneded for Christmas Hostess gifts. I will be busy this evening making several more batches. I haven't written an Epulaeryu for a long time. This one is great. Lainie
