Christmas Bonus

Christmas indeed is blissfully wondrous Yet one character makes my child nervous A Santa granting no gift As if showing dearth midst thrift Negating spirit to be generous. My boy’s Christmas fright can be humorous Yet his demands for giving* is serious Toward season’s blessed lift Against “mine alone” rift… Thank God, He's poured his special needs’ bonus!
*Acts 20:35 I have shewed you all things, how that so labouring ye ought to support the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said, It is more blessed to give than to receive.
