Christmas Year 0

CHRISTMAS YEAR 0 The wind did swirl around me The snow my vision impaired The coat and hood were no good For once I didn't care The season was the reason Just a few more days in time And the Lord Jesus Christ's Birth Would once more fill our lives The year is 2011 And regardless of what is said December 25th is the day I set above the rest I know the word Christmas Has turned into many terms But the soul that rests within me Still believes the miracle occurs What the future holds When the truth does prevail Those of us who celebrate His Birth Will near His Throne remain HAPPY BIRTHDAY BABY JESUS Cile Beer

This is very nice, and even though I am commenting on it in December, it doesn't have to be the 25th of this month to think of Jesus' birth. We can remember the great sacrifice that Christ was born into the world to make, all throughout the year and be thankful for it then. It is so refreshing to see a poem like this in a world that has all but rejected Him. I wondered if He was your Savior too, as He is mine. Beautiful poetry.

How truthful! So many are trying to take away the true meaning of Christmas. Your message is powerful and to the point! I'm not sure if you remember me. You once wrote a poem titled, "This One's For You, Milt". Anyway, I'm back! It's been a long time, but I'm back! God bless U!....Milt
