John 15:16 Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.
I dreamed a dream about a little baby,
so innocent and sweet, a child
who knew the warmth of hope,
the melody of God’s precious love.
I dreamed a dream – as I spoke gently
divulging all I knew of the truth –
the way to meet Jesus and know God
experience the wonder of such miracles…
repent of all the sins you’ve known,
repent and agree to change – washed
by the blood of our precious Savior,
the One who covers our hearts is peace,
the One who stills the worst fears we meet,
the One who abides within where we need
to know the compassion that comes –
from glimpsing the light of our amazing SON.
I dreamed a dream, and voiced my faith
I told the child that love is full of grace
Love is the reply and what the heart awaits
when we’re seeking the answers,
yearning for the way…
He is the way, the truth, the life – He is everything!
Never stop believing – it is a love that won’t be leaving
He won’t let you down… this faith will bring a crown,
A crown that you will want to lay down
At the foot of Jesus, where all hope is found…
At the foot of Jesus, where love abounds
This is where I’ll know the meaning
Of love that never stops believing – the only love that has any meaning,
The love that is from God – to souls who He chose,
Those who believe and never stop seeking – the ONE
Who remains, the most beautiful gift – His only Son,
The One who stills our doubts and offers a way out,
From the darkness that defeats,- He strengthens the weak,
And offers complete peace to those who truly believe!
