Choice and Chance- a Constanza

We are created to create.
A shared foundation is instilled,
Diversely skilled, we join and build.

Equipped with tools to navigate.
Faith guides but will not implement,
Make use of this free will we're sent.

We have a say in our own fate.
Walk on and earn what you can't give,
Be worthy of this life and live.

Each day’s a gift, participate.
Potential lies in each mistake,
Find purpose in the risks you take.

Blessings pass by an idle wait.
So search for chances to assist,
Or time will waste on what's been missed.

John Loving Iii June 26, 2023 at 7:12 PM I guess sence 2007. My first poem here. Saw love, lost love and friends. Got burned out and came back years latter.
