Childhood Deprivation

The child in me was a fan
Of peanut butter, one brand
It cost more
At the store
So I never got Peter Pan

And I still do not get it, as my husband never thinks to buy it.

And what would we do without peanut butter? Peter Pan's pretty tasty but anymore, I buy only non-gmo brands. A great poem about a tasty fav of many.
