Chicken Fried

There was a young redneck from Chapel Hill
He was good at cooking up quite a meal
While known near and far
For stewed alligator gar
His specialty was chicken fried road kill

So funny, Charles! I saw some chickens playing on a road on my way to work and was concerned for their safety. The next day at a house near this spot I saw a sign for "Barbecued Chicken." True story! I can only hope they weren't serving up "road kill." Enjoyed immensely! Love, Carolyn
