Chestnut Fires
Sashay then away
dangling mane burning
under a chestnut gaze
Fire filters a scented breeze
trotted off to the east
summer slips a gown of gold
churning amorous waves in need
Hush now this night
held sighs abreast
soothe my blushes rouge
that breathe
Lie down my faith
where last rushes flow
amidst a pledge bestowed
