It is no surprise why this has also won before and I am very happy this also won in Chris' contest, knowing how he can be very detailed in judging. Your haiku paints this nostalgic, touching picture in my mind and I enjoyed how you used cherry blossoms differently here, and of how your haiku can have different meanings to it :) <3
