Calorie rich, who cares
Cholesterol? Plenty
Comfort food for many
Call me Captain Cheddar
Come hither, dearest cheese
Caress my taste buds, please

Thanks Deb. Annie is far from 100% but through either luck or the constitution of an Ox she’s holding her own. Fortunately, I make a good nurse… although I should have gone for scrubs rather that the 1970s outfit… that, honestly, just happened to be in my wardrobe… your honour ;-)

Melt the cheese over the veggies, in the same pot or oven. Good on other veggies. Hope you like it.....

I never forget the cheese, Tom. It goes on my shopping list before I’ve even checked if we need it. Hey… say ‘guvnor’ straight after ‘Blimey’ and you’ll sound just like Dick Van Dyke ;-)
