Chapel of Flowers

our trees have blossomed,
and some have knots in their yokes,
like one in my throat.....

fragile limbs look down and weep
to acknowledge my despair

Carrie, your poem is so lovely, so visual and sweet as I look out my window at mountains of pure white snow, best of luck in the contest and thanks for visiting my poetry ~~
