World in chaos
people uncertain
exhale the air
breathe
stay calm and cool
release emotions
gear into slow motion
calm those feelings
release tension
inhale, exhale, breathe
be supportive
lend a hand
help humanity
all in it together
inhale, exhale breathe.

I stay away from places with many people - I was in the city today at the hospital ... it surprised me that no one used face masks (... not the visitors and not those who worked there ) - hugs // Anne-Lise :) Phyllis Babcock February 3, 2026 at 9:21 AM Yes there is chaos especially in the political systems. Over here not many wear masks unless they are sick. A nice melting day today so went for groceries and to my surprise prices have sure gone up. love phyl
