Changing Leaves

The summer ends too soon And the sun is replaced With nothing but clouds as Far as I can see, and Those same clouds at night hide The moon that has always Been illuminated by The sun and I can't see through The milky, swirling fog because It is much too thick, and The changing leaves of Red and orange and yellow Are the only colors That still remain In this wretched place.
