Changing Destiny
Wisdom grows with each encounter
Obedience to His voice minimizes self
How we treat others molds our reward
Our words create our destiny or demise
Our future lies in how we treat others
Kindness reaps kindness and just rewards
Trampling a soul staggers what our future holds
If one steals joy from another, they lose theirs
Planting tainted seeds soils the life of the planter
Nurturing seeds in the water of life heals the giver
Moistened soil bears eternal fruit and lasting increase
Sadly many stagnate themselves with their own words
More energy is spent on anger and prejudice actions
Where righteous responses are effortless and priceless
Actions of negativity draw negative forces to them
Seeing a glass half-full draws success to the soul
Take time to walk in another’s shoes and life
Before you respond to their actions, lead or destroy
All is destined to be by the actions we produce
What we eat shows in our body as words we say reflect
Creating sorrow for others only decays
Our own life force and happiness which
As we well know, happiness is a choice
A smile is free, a helping hand brings honor
Written for our future
