Change Is In the Air

There’s a scent upon This continent…and ‘tis the Stench of discontent… An acrid odor That hovers over this proud, But befuddled land Frowns upon faces Of all races…puzzled now To their proper place Curious mixture Of hope and fear…once distant That now hovers near A leader whose ilk Ne’er tried before now looms Large before our door Will our nation now Bloom and flower…or face a Future dark and dour We the people must… Simply shrug our shoulders and Give our complete trust It’s Fate and Karma That will rule the day…Matters Not what man will say So smell the Roses Enjoy the moment and with Gusto seize the day
