Change
Remorseless time will take all of you
changing all that was.
For better or worse,
that change will always be
alien to your originality.
Unto us a child is born daily.
The flower has died a thousand times,
yet it will bloom in the darkness
as light.
Time has always been ramosely
compassionate,
endlessly changing a false coin
to resurrected gold.
