Change
We grow, becoming part of a world
Change, day by day the journey leads
Rather life or soul, battle rages
Birth of a nation of many ethnicity
We're taught to love thy neighbor
As we would ourselves, do we not
Love that which makes us smile within
Kindness we find joy in our being
That our desires are the same beat
As the blood runs through color red
Sometimes we can lose sight easily
Becoming who we are, wrap in dreams
Reality to realistic meaningful life
That nothing is certain but death itself
That chasing a thought is just an idea
Change, does it kill us to try
A world built upon mortality strength
People stood for something other than man
They took pride in themselves
Fighting right and wrong, now throw the flag
A surrender to society wicked ways
In us all the same, heart beats life
Parenting change, spare rod spoil child
People cry I'm offended, who cares
Truth be truth with no lies hidden
But I am truth, even my soul to I
I am change, not of you I walk
But the word better, I thrive to be all
Remembering yesterday's where I come from
When we stood for change, not people's choice
We was mankind, once ruled the world
